  • Ability to identify process gaps and set appropriate actions to correct

  • Executing Service Desk IT support functions for customers;
  • Providing technical user/systems support for desktops/laptops and user computing environments;
  • Primary IT point of contact for users (Customers);
  • Performing remote standard installations of software and software upgrades;
  • Logging all relevant incident/service request detail (identify priority and seriousness categorization);
  • Providing 1st line diagnosis and tickets resolution;
  • Escalating incidents to appropriate service department for Level 2 & 3 resolution;
  • Communicating with end-users keeping them informed of ticket progress and informing them of tickets, changes or modifications;
  • Conducting user satisfaction call-backs as required;
